Shipping Information

How do shipping work?
#1 Freight is ALWAYS FREE within the United States.
Our goal is to always ship your product in the safest manner possible. We have developed a relationship with multiple carriers who each specialize in certain kinds of freight. For shipments under 50 lbs. we usually use either UPS or Fedex. When the shipments get larger then 50 lbs we user carriers such as BAX or Roadway because they are better at handling larger freight safely. The image below shows our primary carriers and the expected transit time within the United States.

Shipping Costs:
Free shipping applies to all products regardless of quantity being shipped to a location within the 48 states.
Shipping to locations outside of the lower 48 states will be determined for each individual situation.

Shipping Methods:
Most orders are shipped via prepaid truck freight; we ship this way because it provides the fastest and safest mode of transport for our products. Smaller products usually ship via UPS or FedEx. We use a wide variety of carriers to provide timely affordable service to you the customer.

Shipping Time:
Most orders are shipped out within 1 business day and take between 1-7 days in transit depending where in the country the order is shipping to.

Tracking:
We will email you all your tracking information immediately upon shipping your order. If there is any type of delay in shipping your order we will call or email you with a status report.

Please Note:
The freight company will notify you prior to delivery to make arrangements. The drivers are subject to a number of regulations, one of which is that they are not required to give any assistance in unloading freight. Please be prepared for "curbside" delivery, as you are responsible for unloading the item(s) and placing them in your home or business.
