What method of payment does Computertablesrus.com accept?

• Discover
• American Express
• Prepaid
Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier Check or Money Order
  (Note: All Prepaid Orders will take longer to process due to all checks must cleared, including Cashier's Check due to the existence of fraudulent checks.)

I do not feel comfortable putting my credit card online, over the net. How can I place an order?

Why is my credit card declining when I know I have money in my account?
A credit card can decline due to invalid credit card number, exp date, daily limit, insufficient credit, or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Check online to be sure the number has been input correctly. Contact your credit card company for more information.

I have a Reseller's Permit in the state of California, How do I implement it?
Please fax a copy of your permit to (310) 973-5485 when placing your order.

What states must pay sales tax?
Orders shipping to California must be charged sales tax based on the county's rate.

I work for a government department that is tax exempt. How do I place an order and not get charged tax?
Place your order as you normally would in the notes section of the order form please state your governement organization and we will discount the tax when we process the order.

Can I add to, delete from or change my order after I submit it online?
No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling or emailing Verstables.com customer service at 1-800-416-3961 or sales@versatable.com  

How long does it take to process an order?
It takes one to two business days for us to process an order before they ship. Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined basically by your location.

Can I pay by Money Order or Check?

You can place an order and pay by check or money order by choosing "pre-paid check" in the payment drop-down box, instead of a credit card, as method of payment. You will receive detailed instructions. Basically, write the order number on your check, print your confirmation and wrap the check or money order in it and send it to us.
